Any contracts or commitments?
If you sign up for monthly billing, you are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the end of a billing period, you’ll retain access until that billing period is over. If you choose quarterly or annual plans, you pre-pay for our dashboard. If you choose to cancel, there are no refunds for the payment period that has already been paid for.
How does the 14-day money back guarantee work?
If you’re not happy with your account and would like your money back, just contact us within the first 14 days and we’ll gladly refund your money. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 14 days of use and we don’t prorate for partial months.
What are my payment options?
Online payment methods include major credit cards. Annual and prepayment options are available for our larger plans and allow your account to be debited monthly according to your plan and number of users. Contact us to discuss these options.
