Giving stuff away has always worked no matter what the medium. It works to get people on your site, to capture emails, and to drive sales. When you structure your contests, make sure you consider some things:

You don’t want to miss out on this opportunity. The network is expected to make $2.81 billion dollars by 2017 on mobile alone. Instagram recently released business profiles, and with that analytics. If you have switched over, you can see that your engagement is directly tied to how many people see your post. Instagram advertising is in its infancy. That means that you can get in early and enjoy a low CPA. So go ahead, test out your Instagram ads. Pinterest Advertising Pinterest is the most valuable network when it comes to driving traffic back to websites. It is also a big factor when it comes to making purchases. In fact, 93% of Pinterest users have used the network to decide on purchases, and 52% have bought stuff after they saw it on Pinterest. We briefly touched upon this a few minutes ago. You should be checking social media on a daily basis to see if your customers have shared their purchases. If they have, you need to like, comment and engage them so that they become more than just customers. You want them to become brand advocates and you want to train them to do this over and over again.
